Warehouse Material Handler - 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for moving finished goods and raw materials between the Production floor and Warehouse areas, picking and packing orders to prepare for shipping, loading and offloading bulk tankers and delivery trucks, preparing samples and documenting all incoming and outgoing material. All company and governmental safety guidelines must be followed at all times while in the warehouse.
Main Responsibilities:
This position requires access to our export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, and services. These items are restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to U.S. Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S., and properly licensed foreign persons. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a i) a U.S. citizen or national, ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (aka green card holder), iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. §1157, or iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be a properly licensed foreign person. Therefore, employment is contingent on compliance with ITAR regulations and successfully obtaining and maintaining the necessary export authorization license from the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) or U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Main Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack inventory in preparation for dispatch
- Process dispatch paperwork for shipments
- Inspect and receive deliveries, log and put away inventory
- Move inventory and materials around the facility
- Manage incoming and outgoing bulk solutions
- Maintain inventory records, and log all completed tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations
- High school degree or equivalent
- Current forklift license/ certification
- Excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with computers, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb repeatedly throughout the shift
- Can lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
