Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  Lead the receiving, storing, and organization of materials and equipment. Perform routine audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Stock Control:
  Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and plan for timely reordering to avoid shortages.

• Order Fulfillment:
  Ensure timely and accurate preparation of parts and equipment for outbound orders.

• Shipping & Receiving:
  Coordinate shipments and returns with suppliers and carriers.

• Quality & Safety:
  Maintain high standards for inventory quality and ensure a safe working environment.

• Team Leadership:
  Coach and develop Warehouse Specialists, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement best practices.

• Budget & Vendor Management:
  Work with senior management to manage warehouse costs and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (warehouse experience preferred).
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• A commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification (we can assist with this).
