Position Overview
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient preparation, distribution, and collection of equipment and supplies. This role involves supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting operational goals under the direction of the Director of Operations.
Required Experience and Skills
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 5 years of supervisory and warehouse experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer knowledge.
- Strong understanding of electronics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse policies and safety regulations
