JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
This management position is responsible for overseeing and directing various operational departments and special projects associated with them.Functions that fall under the direction of this position include Warehouse Operations, Inventory Picking, Inventory Auditing, Inventory Adjustment, and Small Parts Inventory Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management
- Ensure the ongoing efficient layout and proper storage of inventory and other items housed in all areas of the warehouse.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas.
- Supervise the Surplus Inventory and Warehouse Forklift Team Leaders, providing leadership and guidance at all times.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions regarding audits, cycle counts, PreCert, and FNFP merchandise.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions regarding transfers between Radwell US and all other Radwell business entities.
- Monitor sales orders in PLCTRACK.
- Monitor the Pick Queue.
- Resolve all discrepancies/issues regarding inventory.
- Assist in answering all inquiries from the sales and production teams regarding inventory items.
- Assist in the identification of all inventory items, whenever necessary.
Mentor and train promising candidates to fill Team Leader and other roles.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.
METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS
- To consistently meet and exceed departmental goals, including measurable metrics specifically identified for direct reports.
- To consistently meet monthly deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in quarterly reviews.
- To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal quarterly objectives in a timely and accurate manner.

- Inventory Audit Team Leader
- Cooperative Education Students
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
- Frequent walking on open, raised catwalk
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
Eligible for annual company bonus
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
- Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
- Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a salary position.The schedule for this position is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies.Employee is required to be available for overtime as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a warehouse setting.Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting.All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received.OSHA approved and Company provided hard hats and OSHA approved back supports are required to be worn in Area 51 at all times. Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn at all times.Safety shoes are recommended.Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn.Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
