Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Montgomery, NY

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Yearly

Shift: 1st Shift 7:30am - Finish, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory control and logistics processes.
• Implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
