The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees efficient warehouse functions, ensures compliance with established standards, and manages staff and inventory. Responsibilities include maintaining the warehouse's physical condition, coordinating DME deliveries, and ensuring all operations adhere to industry regulations. Effective communication and proactive management of resources are crucial. This role is key to supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:
· Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing Medicare standards, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
· Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
· Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, labeling and reconciling with data storage system.
· Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
· Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
· Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining
employees; planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Delivers, sets up and picks up and DME items if needed by Customer Service technicians
· Educates patients and/or caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered items
· Completes all necessary delivery forms and paperwork including invoices, work orders, manifests and logs within the Inventory system
· Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by
the company and all applicable governmental regulations
· Delivers equipment and oxygen as required in accordance with industry standards and applicable federal, state and local governmental regulations.
· Monitors Cleaning and Repair area
· Ensures that parts and supplies for Cleaning and Repair are available at all times.
· Approves equipment discharges and ensures that the information is properly removed from the inventory system
· Has constant communication with customer service technicians, dispatch, delivery drivers, and compliance officer.

Professional Requirements:
· 3-5 Years of Management Experience
· 3-5 years of Inventory Management/ Planning
· Experience with Shipping/Receiving
· General knowledge in equipment and supply procurement
· Previous experience with Medical HME / DME equipment preferred
Language Skills:
· Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
· Additional languages preferred.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$63,400 - $87,400 per year
