Spanish speaking is highly desirable for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily functions of all employees in the warehouse and drivers.
- Supervise all safety issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to senior management.
- Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping of goods.
Qualifications:
- Warehouse Management experience is required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Disciplined with attention to detail
- Team Focused with Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Five (5) years or more of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in constant improvement and documentation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with other departments and facilities as needed to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
- Maintain accurate records for shipping/receiving, truck and warehouse equipment maintenance.
