• Proven experience in lean manufacturing as well as continuous improvement within a metals distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and strong leadership with oversight of 45+ Direct and Indirect employees
• Leadership as well as cross functional interaction with quality, maintenance, production, planning and others required.
• Fast paced environment, solid leadership experience a requirement
