Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures for optimal performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
