Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow across two shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 16, fostering a customer-focused culture.
- Drive process improvements, guide ERP system implementation (D365), and streamline data entry.
- Evaluate warehouse capacity and plan strategically for future growth.
- Monitor and enhance KPIs to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations and conduct safety meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve results and operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in inventory control, including annual physical inventory and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelors degree and 3+ years in warehouse/distribution management with teams of 10+.
- Strong ERP systems knowledge (D365 and/or Epicor preferred).
- Proven track record of process improvement and leadership.
- Willingness to lead strategically and contribute hands-on when needed.
- Understanding of inventory control, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
