Warehouse Manager - Ditto

Responsibilities

- Compare the packaging planning report with the weekly production plan to confirm sufficient packaging supplies, and promptly inform the planning manager of any shortages.  

- Ensure the timely receipt of picking lists and filling documents for the upcoming production week.  

- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions, record issues, and report them to technical services via the MRV system.  

- Oversee the accurate receipt, quality check, and secure storage of goods.  

- Process packaging returns efficiently and maintain accurate records for future reference.  

- Manage inventory using the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) system.  

- Conduct physical stock counts during the year-end inventory process.  

- Plan and execute weekly cycle counts of inventory.  

- Schedule daily labor and resources according to the weekly production plan.  

- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure productivity targets are met.  

- Identify training needs, conduct SOP training based on the skills matrix, and assess staff competency.  

- Track employee time and attendance, implementing corrective actions as needed.  

- Promote positive employee relations by motivating staff in alignment with company policies and procedures.  

- Review and approve daily vehicle checklists with drivers, reporting any defects or concerns.
