Warehouse Logistics Specialist - Apogee Engineering, LLC

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Warehouse Specialist located at US Coast Guard (USCG) Base Alameda, CA in support of LOGCOM-44 Mission Essential Personnel Equipment (MEPE) Product Line (PL).

What you will be doing:

• Verify materials against receiving documents
• Note and report discrepancies and damage
• Route materials to prescribed storage locations
• Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials IAW-prescribed storage methods
• Conduct inventories
• Replenish pick areas as needed
• Examine stored materials for deterioration and damage
• Process requests and supply orders
• Update inventory management system
• Operating various warehouse vehicles and equipment including but not limited to forklifts and hand tools
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Manage reports, forms, and inventory electronically

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen 
Clearance: Must have and maintain an active Secret clearance
Certifications: Forklift 5K
Education: High School diploma
Years of Experience: 4 years of warehouse experience
Additional Experience: US Coast Guard (USCG) or Department of Defense (DoD) logistics experience
