Warehouse and Logistics Clerk - Ryzen Solutions

Position Description: This contract position will be responsible for assisting with order fulfillment, inventory control and cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, restocking shelves, general shipping/receiving duties, and associated activities for inventory, shipping, receiving activities, and aid purchasing during peak moments.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, will complete cycle and physical inventory counts, material stocking, material picking, help organize inventory for maximum productivity, and complete basic ERP system operations
• Carry out physical inventory movements and rotations
• Count and identification of materials
• Pack both revenue and RMA orders
• Ensure warehouse and inventory is clean, safe, and organized
• Stock and pick physical inventory
• Receive incoming shipments
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies
• File orders and keep filing system organized and updated
• Maintain the stock room and be responsible for the receipt and distribution of supplies
• Assist with supply check-in and verify against purchase order
• Forward purchase orders and packing slips to Accounts Payable
• Distribute supplies to appropriate location

Competencies & Requirements

• High School, AA degree, or equivalent experience preferred
• Hazmat certification preferred
• Knowledge: English, basic math competence, basic computer familiarity
• Must have the ability to count materials accurately and give attention to detail in paperwork and physical organization
• Able to work in a warehouse environment with the ability to lift 40 lbs regularly
• No travel required
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination required
