Warehouse Line Production Associate - Spherion

Our client, a leading manufacturer of yogurt products, seeks experienced individuals to support their production line! As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of the production line. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various tasks along the production line, including but not limited to filling yogurt containers, sealing packaging, labeling products, and palletizing finished goods. This role requires prior experience in manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks along the production line, such as assembling ingredients or components, packaging and palletizing finished products, and labeling items according to company standards and specifications.

- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

- Collaborate with other production associates and team members to achieve daily production targets. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including but not limited to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry.

- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment.

- Good attendance is a must.

- Flexible schedule (overtime is sometimes a requirement).

- Reliable transportation.

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
