Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of warehousing experience.
Highly proficient with RF Scanners
High attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication and level of professionalism when speaking with co-workers.
We are looking for an individual who works two steps ahead, identifying and eliminating roadblocks long before they appear on the horizon.
Experienced on the double electric pallet jack
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a leadership role
Literacy – English language
Ability to pass certification courses for essential warehouse equipment for the job.
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 Years of warehousing/order pulling experience.
1+ years of team lead/leadership experience.
Experience receiving and palletizing bulk products.
Experience working for a last mile delivery company.
Experience on a double reach truck.
Experience on a Forklift
Experience on an Electric Pallet Jack
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will be responsible for the management of Break Bulk employees. This position will manage the daily production, training, and personnel management, including but not limited to, coaching, development, and disciplinary actions.
