Responsibilities

• Operate industrial truck, (forklift), to load and unload materials, deliveries, and rental equipment incoming & outgoing.
• Inspect & maintain industrial truck, (forklift).
• Process receipts in ERP system and reconcile with the vendors packing list.
• Pull, package and process outgoing shipments.
• Utilize UPS WorldShip & FedEx software for outgoing packages.
• Utilize internal TMS freight management systems for outgoing LTL shipments.
• Work closely with our Service Team on pulling parts and staging them for upcoming service jobs.
• Keep all warehouse areas clear, safe, and organized.

• A "Safety-First" focus always.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to coordinate and work with multiple departments within the organization.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads.
• Forklift certified or willing to become certified through inhouse training.
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365, SharePoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP distribution software a plus, but not required.
