About the Job
WHAT'S MY NEXT CAREER AS A WAREHOUSE LEAD ASSOCIATE GOING TO LOOK LIKE?
- Serve as one of the primary subject matter expert at our Farm Store within the warehouse for our customers, team members & vendors/suppliers
- Drive day-to-day operations to safely manage the warehouse; focused on loading/unloading products, assisting with deliveries, moving and staging products efficiently
- Coach new team members, as well as existing team members through on-the-job training and directing assignments for the warehouse team
- Partner with the store manager on various initiatives to help make the warehouse more efficient, safe and welcoming

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Some positions will have the following work environment qualities.
- This position will predominantly be located outside in the warehouse, but may also work indoors
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push and pull to help with product movement, as well as operating a pallet jack, forklift and other equipment may be required

WHAT IS EverGRO LOOKING FOR?

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.
- At least two (2) years of professional work experience within a warehouse setting
- A valid Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Able and willing to become Forklift Certified and certified to fill propane tanks
- Able and willing to work within store hours of operation, including weekend availability; Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-3pm
- A passion and enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for relationship building and problem-solving
- Dedication to safety and compliance
