Job Summary:
As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. The role requires leadership in enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring that all materials are readily available for field teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Packs and loads products onto trucks before delivering orders to customers on predetermined routes. Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, a Delivery Driver will always adhere exactly to the route and deliver each order on time and with a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition.
- Available to respond to emergency pick-up and delivery after hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility is required; at any time may be asked to change or extend scheduled work hours according to the departments’ needs
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Able to maintain good relationships with technicians and installers.
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Time management skills
- Basic software understanding
- Self-motivation
Physical Work Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
