About the role
The Labor Technician position is critical to the effective and efficient operation of the Plant. The Labor Technician associate's main responsibility is to streamline the receipt and distribution of waste materials and other received products. The Warehouse Labor associate will also assist other plant personnel in performing their job duties.

About the role
The Labor Technician position is critical to the effective and efficient operation of the Plant. The Labor Technician associate's main responsibility is to streamline the receipt and distribution of waste materials and other received products. The Warehouse Labor associate will also assist other plant personnel in performing their job duties.
Location: Avon, Ohio
- Processes inbound material for treatment facility
- Pumps and consolidate drums
- Pumps or load tankers
- Scans Material and utilizes Enviroware
- Operates processing equipment such tow motor
- Receive shipments and unload trucks
- Housekeeping: Maintain a neat and clean working environment
- Enter confined spaces as required and in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
- Comply with OSHA Health and Safety Rules
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Reworld offers GED Works - a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED.
- Production/warehouse experience preferred
- Tow motor experience required
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- High attention to detail
- Must be able repetitively lift a minimum of 50 pounds
General Laborer Training Requirements
- Be able to pass a Respirator Fit Test (RFT)/Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
- Abide by Respirator Fit policy.
- Be able to pass a HAZWOPER training class
