Position Overview
As a Porter, you will clean and maintain the administrative offices, warehouse and other assigned areas in order to satisfy company and governmental guidelines. You will clean and sanitize designated areas of a warehouse as well as tend to product spill clean-up. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority.

+ Earn $15.50 per hour
+ Shift starts 6:00 AM until work is done
+ Full Time, 5-day work/week including weekends and holiday
+ Location: 15500 West Beaver St., Jacksonville, FL 32234
You will contribute by:
+ Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor
+ Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse, including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
+ Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors
+ Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
+ Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
+ Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
+ Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
+ Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
+ Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
What’s a great way to stay in shape?
+ Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
+ Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
+ Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
+ Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
+ Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
+ Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
