Job Description
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist oversees the Testing, Firmware updates, ordering, Cycle Counting, Physical Inventory, Labeling, storing, receiving, record keeping and distributing of tools, equipment, and supplies, this also includes MRB, RTV and other Quality control processes and transactions. They will work in tandem with our Field Operations team to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, Tested and ready for deployment. Daily use of programs such as NetSuite, FedEx Ship Manager, Slack, Email, Microsoft Excel, Test script and Google Sheets will be required. Manual labor is frequent, such as lifting and carrying objects up to 75 lbs., including Safely operating a forklift & Pallet jack. Processing Firmware updates on all WeLink devices prior to filling orders to the field. Processing, Recording & Implementing all Testing, QA, MRB and returns both physically and transactionally.
Essential Job Functions and Qualifications:
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Inventory management (preferred)
- Manage inbound and outbound freight
- Lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift Certified (preferred)
- Prior experience working in Test script, NetSuite, Microsoft and Google programs (Preferred)
- Data Entry Experience: 1 year
- General Warehouse Labor: 1 year
- Inventory Control: 1 year
