Who You Are:
As a Warehouse and Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory logistics for the Southlake warehouse, including organizing marketing supplies, sales materials, employee swag, and trash bin stock. You will handle all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring efficient operations and timely communication with customers and team members. In this part-time role, you will work independently, serving as the primary point of contact for warehouse operations, while upholding core company values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track, organize, and distribute company inventory, including employee swag, sales materials, and trash bin stock.
- Process and fulfill trash bin requests, including wrapping, shipping, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate customer orders.
- Maintain records of incoming shipments and inventory levels, updating systems as needed.
- Open and secure the warehouse as required, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and optimized for operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shipment and inventory-related questions, ensuring professional and timely responses to customers and team members.
- Provide updates to relevant teams on inventory levels, shipment statuses, and order progress.
- Prepare and share regular reports on inventory activity and order fulfillment progress.
- Collaborate across departments to identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes.
- Participate in company initiatives and events to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse and inventory needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic inventory tracking systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory as required.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Passionate about maintaining a positive company culture and fostering engagement.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AA degree preferred or workforce experience.
- Detail oriented is your personality type.
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation.
- Ability to build trust and rapport; effectively communicate with co-workers, employees, and customers.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Able to self-manage with some supervision.
