Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator
Location : Lake Zurich, IL
Pay : $22-$24/hour (up to $30/hour for candidates with purchasing experience)
Schedule : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

A growing leader in air pollution control technology is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to join their collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact operations and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do :

• Spend 50% of your time in the warehouse performing shipping/receiving tasks, organizing inventory, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and trucking companies.
• Enter purchase orders (POs) and maintain inventory records using an ERP system.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Project Management.
• Operate or learn to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock equipment.

What We’re Looking For :

• Must-Haves :
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A background in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations—or a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Nice-to-Haves :
  • Experience with inventory control, purchasing, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory processes.
