QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years Human Resources experience, or master’s degree in Human Resources and two to three years Human Resources experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.

Bilingual skills highly preferred.

Advanced knowledge of FMLA, EEO, Workers Compensation, OSHA, and ADA.

Advanced skills in ethical conduct and confidentiality.

Proficient problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
