About The Role

The Warehouse General Manager will oversee all operations within the fulfillment center, ensuring peak efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse. The role involves developing warehouse operations systems and ensuring quality standards are met. The manager will lead a team of over 70 associates and several functional Team Leads. They will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build an exceptional workforce.
