YOUR LIFE AS A WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER
This inventory management position typically works Monday - Friday from 7 am - 4 pm.
As a Warehouse Delivery Driver, you play a vital part in helping our electric company operate efficiently. Your main goal is to keep inventory stocked and well organized. With attention to detail, you handle inbound merchandise, read orders, and pull parts for jobs. In addition to working at the facility, you transport equipment and materials to and from project sites as needed. To keep everything running smoothly, you accurately update logs and documentation for inventory processing as well as place orders when needed.
With safety at the forefront of your mind, you ensure that the warehouse is clean and accessible for associates. You also ensure that the work vans are fully stocked with all needed materials and tools. Using effective communication, you coordinate with fellow employees and report inventory issues to your supervisor in a timely manner. Contributing to the success of your team gives you a great sense of fulfillment!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to carry up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day
