The Warehouse Coordinator supports our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments. As a Warehouse Coordinator , you will gain firsthand experience in many facets of our business, and you will have the opportunity to join one of our skilled trades departments.
Essential Job Functions
- Support to field personnel - meeting their material needs by ordering, handling P.O. purchasing, routing delivery drivers, etc.
- Returning any unused material and coordinating paperwork for returns.
- Processing all warranty claims for the company, including internal paperwork as well as processing claims paperwork with vendors/distributors.
Qualifications:
- HVAC or Plumbing Industry experience.
- Must be comfortable with computers (Inventory database, Microsoft programs, internet browsers, and access).
- Strong organizational skill and attention to details.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
Experience/Education:
- At least one year of warehouse experience.
Compensation:
- $18.00- $20.00 DOE
