SUMMARY:
MPC has an opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator in Washington, PA!
This role works with a team of coordinators to maintain and/or operate facilities through tasks including shipping, receiving, labeling, staging, part locations, filing of related paperwork, Inventory maintenance including cycle counts and full annual inventory counts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Basic PC knowledge to be used on a PC and/or hand-held device. Initiates and completes all required transactions related to Inventory in SAP.
+ Scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance to the inventory system and locations and relevant equipment needed to complete job duties and tasks.
+ Documentation to be completed and filed for loading and unloading, staging and locating freight to inventory locations including pulling parts per the SAP generated work orders.
+ Maintain and file all related paperwork required for staging, shipping and receiving of freight.
+ Must be able to pick up, load, unload and drive parts to the inventory warehouse, compressor sites or other locations as needed.
+ Comply with all EH&S guidelines.
+ Reporting any unsafe condition or situation that would compromise the integrity of any Marathon Petroleum equipment or locations.
+ Maintaining clean and safe working environment, housekeeping duties for company facilities as required.
+ Making any or all repairs as deemed reasonable and safe.
+ Maintaining the company vehicle and equipment at all times to ensure safety to person and the equipment that said person will operate.
+ Order equipment as needed.
+ Any additional tasks that may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
+ High School Diploma or GED is required.
+ Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred.
+ Valid driver’s license required.
+ Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
