Full job description
We are seeking a highly organized individual with a clean driving record and excellent customer service skills to join our team at MillTown Plumbing as a Warehouse Coordinator.
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and fleet. Responsibilities include maintaining fleet vehicles, coordinating repairs and inspections, managing stock levels to meet operational needs, overseeing deliveries, verifying shipments, and maintaining inventory systems. You will also ensure compliance with safety standards and support a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has experience in fleet and inventory management, and strong communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
- Ensure efficient fleet and warehouse operations as part of the team.
- Track and coordinate fleet repairs, maintenance, and annual inspections to keep vehicles in top condition.
- Manage warehouse stock levels, inventory, product research, and technician support.
- Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites, verifying shipment counts and prices.
- Maintain a computerized purchase order system and ensure safety compliance with training and inspections.
- Create and manage the annual budget, control expenses, and achieve operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and customers to promote a positive work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education
- High School Diploma/GED
