Your main gig as a Warehouse Coordinator? Playing a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of both the warehouse and fleet. This position is responsible for ensuring the fleet is properly maintained, coordinating repairs and inspections, and overseeing stock levels in the warehouse to support operational needs. The Coordinator will manage deliveries, verify shipments, and maintain inventory systems, all while upholding safety standards and contributing to a positive, engaging work environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with experience in fleet and inventory management, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving company success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure fleet and warehouse operations run efficiently.
• Ensure that the fleet is maintained, in top working order, and that repairs, maintenance, and annual inspections are tracked and coordinated.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels for the warehouse, and assist with inventory management, product research, and technician support.
• Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites and verify counts and prices on shipments.
• Maintain a computerized purchase order system and ensure safety compliance through regular safety training and inspections.
• Create and manage an annual budget, control expenses, and meet or exceed operational plans.
• Communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and customers, fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement.
• Shape company culture through ethics, integrity, and leadership.
• Additional duties as required.

Education

High School Diploma/GED
