Primary Responsibilities:The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the duties associated with the preparation of the daily workloads for the production crew.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 1 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Essential Functions:- Analyze, print and distribute production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, and/or requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed.
- Communicate issues and action taken / needed with Warehouse Supervisor daily.
- Respond timely to requests for data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
- Research inventory issues conveyed through company hotline, and compile error information spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers in regard to orders processed.
- Interact with all levels of workforce, including management.
- Other duties and special projects as requested.
- Must maintain good attendance.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous clerical experience and (1) one-year experience in a warehouse environment required.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to write simple correspondence effectively and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in the organization.
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to develop alternative solutions.
- Knowledge of the WMiS system and TOLAS Inventory software as well as proficient experience in Microsoft Word and Excel programs. The employee will also need to be able to work with RF scan equipment.
- Operate all Material Handling Equipment according to OSHA and company guidelines.
- Gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit.

- Work overtime as required.
