WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Order Verification: Accurately verify customer orders against pick tickets, ensuring product type and quantity are correct.
• Packaging and Staging: Package orders per customer instructions and stage them appropriately following branch operating procedures.
• Documentation: Document any discrepancies and communicate effectively with the appropriate personnel to resolve issues and correct orders.
• Material Handling: Move materials, load, and unload trucks, ensuring products are staged for loading or delivery according to procedures.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to manage warehouse inventory.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and accessible warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and ensuring all equipment is handled properly.

OUR MUST HAVES:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment; forklift certification preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to physically handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Good communication skills, with proficiency in English required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Familiarity with using computers and basic office equipment.
