- Hourly Pay $30.00 - $34.00 per hour Depending on Experience.
- Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Requirements
Vocational or Technical certification in related field or 4 years of relevant experience (in lieu of certification) required
Two (2) years or more Maintenance repair and preventative maintenance on warehouse automation equipment required.
One (1) year or more Experience with connecting to programable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting equipment issues. required
Two (2) years or more Performing maintenance on high voltage (480v) equipment and AC/DC motors or components. required
One (1) year or more Experience with using automation warehouse execution systems (WES) to ensure proper communication and messaging between WES and warehouse management systems (WMS). required
One (1) year or more Using machine level HMI screens or machine level control systems to diagnose machine faults and validate inputs and outputs from the field back to the PLCs required.
Knowledge of 480 volts and pneumatic equipment intermediate required
Must have working knowledge of computer-based equipment maintenance and parts inventory systems. intermediate required
Demonstrated independent problem-solving capability. intermediate required
Ability to use PLC and HMI Programming software to add form and function to an established program, Allen Bradley, Ignition, and Wonderware preferred. intermediate required
Understand 24VDC Control systems, photoelectric & proximity sensors intermediate required.
Experience with programming/troubleshooting Servo and Stepper motors and related software intermediate required.
Ability to troubleshoot/program Bar Code Scanners and other Vision Systems, Specifically Cognex, Datalogic, Keyence, etc. intermediate required.
Warehouse Maintenance safety procedures to include put not limited to: Lock Out Tag Out, Fall Restraint, and Forklift/MHE Operational Safety intermediate required.
Knowledge of operating MHE to include by not limited to: Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, etc. intermediate required.
Ability to work independently in a safe manner including working at heights.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance work orders as assigned
- Troubleshoot and repair warehouse automation systems to include conveyor systems, auto storage and retrieval systems, auto guided vehicles, and other electrical and control systems in the facility
- Perform root cause and failure analysis on major equipment downtime events with site engineering and management and implement corr3ective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Utilizes the computerized maintenance management systems to their fullest potential as a tool to keep the department organized and as a communication tool to the plant and corporate management
- Maintain and ensure spare parts inventories and/or consignment inventories are being maintained consistent with procedures
- Actively participate in safety and Lean programs; support the Ryder culture
- Ensure a clean and organized maintenance area. Facility always tour ready
- Participate in the continual development and improvement of maintenance policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures for the facility
- Performs other duties as assigned.
