Pay Rate: $18.00-21.00/hr Depending on experience

Primary Job Function: The Warehouse Team Member supports the daily operations of the warehouse by handling inventory, preparing materials for field teams, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role ensures accurate stocking, tool management, and timely delivery of materials to job sites, working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor to meet operational needs.
Job Duties:
- Receive, stock, and organize materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse.
- Ensure all materials leaving the warehouse are accurately documented and assigned to the appropriate job in ServiceTitan.
- Prepare materials and tools for delivery to job sites based on project requirements.
- Assist in managing the tool checkout and return process, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Load and unload vehicles with materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in tracking vehicle key checkouts and ensuring vehicle readiness.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on tools and equipment, reporting issues as needed.
- Support warehouse operations by completing tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
- Experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and tools.
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
