Summary
The Parts Warehouse Representative (PWR) performs all phases of parts and stockroom duties with minimal supervision. The PWR processes inbound parts from vendors, pulls parts for orders, and transfers parts to their assigned areas while updating their location using EPASS. Additionally, the PWR processes returned parts from customers and Service Technicians.
The PWR will work directly with Service Technicians, Service Customer Service Representatives, Senior Management, and other departments to ensure that the appropriate parts are in inventory and available for repair service calls and installation. The Parts Warehouse Representative, as needed, will assist with working at the parts (customer-facing) counter, responding to email requests, and answering customer phone calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stage committed parts and unload technician stock to properly store parts in the warehouse.
- Review outgoing parts for any visible damage to the appliance or box.
- Load technician bins properly and securely and without damage to parts.
- Receive and cost parts and accurately add parts to inventory.
- Process inventory and maximize warehouse space usage
- Unpack incoming parts shipments from suppliers.
- Uses the electronic scan-gun, reviews out-bound pull sheets for accuracy, and ensures safe packing of the orders for shipment to technicians.
- Cleans up and disposes of boxes, packing material, and pallets, as well as general housekeeping of facility and specific product line areas. Follows and adheres to all warehouse safety rules.
- Work every fourth Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm at the Parts counter assisting customers.
- Process return parts and assist with inventory counts
- Perform related tasks as required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Computer and paperwork processing skills
Preferred
- Working knowledge of inventory and parts handling.
- Familiar with inventory invoicing systems that utilize multiple screens
- Familiarity with appliance parts, cataloging, and appliance sales is desired but not required.

Work Location/Hours
- Robinson / Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM / Every fourth Saturday 8:00AM to 12:00PM
