Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: North Canton, Ohio
Shifts Available: 1st shift and 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Your Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our North Canton facility. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Picking, Packing, and Shipping: Accurately and efficiently process orders.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by replenishing storage areas.
• Material Inspection: Receive and inspect materials, noting any discrepancies on delivery documents.
• Freight Handling: Unload trucks and move freight to the receiving area.
• Quality Control: Sort, inspect, and report any discrepancies in goods.
• Service Parts: Create labels and organize parts for storage.
• Space Optimization: Make the best use of warehouse space, considering factors like size, shape, weight, and picking frequency.
• Order Management: Sort and consolidate pick/pack slips based on priority, ship code, and destination.
• Labeling and Counting: Pick and count materials per order, ensuring accurate labeling.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing general warehouse housekeeping duties.

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in data entry and document management.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, picking, and packing experience is essential.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Versatility: Flexibility to adapt and contribute effectively across various tasks within the warehouse.
