Overview:
Lewan & Associates Inc, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution and basic setup of office equipment, supplies and various goods. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do:
+ Assist in receiving and shipping of Xerox products, equipment and various goods.
+ Load and unload vehicles.
+ Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery.
+ Check all orders for accuracy.
+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
+ Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
+ May assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed.
+ Assist with inventory as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
+ 1-2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
+ Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet.
+ Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 lbs.
+ Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment.
+ Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled.
