WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - Spherion

We are partnering with a well-established organization to find a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse through inventory management, order processing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
Pull inventory to assemble parts and fixtures required for jobs.
Stock shelves and manage backstock and product returns.
Accurately check and process vendor orders following established procedures.
Promptly report any order discrepancies to the Purchasing department.
Properly document, notate, and submit all required paperwork.
Make trips to vendors for stock pickups as needed.
Manage product returns and coordinate credit tracking with Purchasing.
Assist in tracking equipment assigned to employees.
Participate in monthly inventory activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and warehouse areas.
Ensure the shop is prepared for daily morning dispatch.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proficient in basic computer and internet-related tasks.
Self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old (due to insurance requirements).
Valid driver?s license with a clean 5-year driving record.
Capable of performing physical labor in a shop/warehouse environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Able to work independently after training and demonstrate self-discipline.
Effective problem-solving skills and time management.
