Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate Lead at Tulsa, OK.
As a Warehouse Associate Lead, you will:
- Assign work and monitor group activities.
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and returns processing.
- Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures, guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
- Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires.
- Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs.
- Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
- Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6 am - 2:30 pm.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 4 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse setting.
- Microsoft Office experience and proficiency.
- High school Diploma/ GED.

$17 - $18 per hour
