As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Kansas City Distribution Center in Olathe, KS. Schedule:Monday through Saturday from 7AM to 5:30PM until the work is done:
- 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
- The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Pay:Starting at $20 an hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
- Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
- Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
- Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.
- Extreme Temperature:Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–0 to - 4F) is required to keep our food safe!
- Heavy Weights:Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
- Education:High School Diploma or GED
- Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
