Warehouse Associate at Nelson Connects

You are a Warehouse Associate performing all aspects of shipping, receiving, and material handling duties including building boxes, picking orders, packing, shipping through an ERP system, cycle counting, and other duties as assigned.

This position pays: $19hr.

What you will be doing:

• Multiple warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, picking, packing, labeling, staging, distributing materials, unpacking, and verifying goods against work orders, invoices, and other documentation.
• Prepares goods for international and domestic shipping.
• Use motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials, parts, and supplies as instructed.
• Operate packaging and sealing equipment.
• Perform physical Inventory (cycle counts).
• Work in a cold environment.

What you bring:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of shipping and international shipping procedures
• Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and proper handling techniques
• Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems (preferred)
• Problem-solving, and basic computer and math skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with perishable products (preferred).
• Experience with radio frequency equipment (a plus)
