Aurologistics is a division of Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., our logistics (3PL) Distribution Center in East Windsor. Aurologistics is 565,000 square feet where we have Aurobindo's automated warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and packaging of Aurobindo's products.
Job Overview:To safely operate as a warehouse operator in accordance and compliance with approved Warehouse procedures at either the East Windsor or Dayton sites as part of the Aurologistics Distribution Team.
As directed by supervision, The Warehouse Associate will execute the daily tasks as required for both internal and external customers. The position requires the ability to process receipts and orders for our three, but not limited to, prominent stakeholders, Aurobindo, Auromedics, and Aurohealth.
Responsibilities:· Confirm Pallet and Carton Counts with documentation at receipt |
· Understand Aurobindo's Receiving Requirements and document discrepancies |
· Inspect inbound material for damage |
· Instill spatial separation on inbound and outbound |
· Process documents including freight bills |
· Generate LPN(S) |
· Understand the loose cargo pallet quantity work instructions |
· Assemble product on a pallet adhering to pallet pattern. |
· Prep/Stage Pallets for Input Verification and Storage |
· Operate warehouse equipment including automated wrapping stations · Understand Material Verification starting with the label |
· Select Material as specified by SOP for customers orders · Select Material both from the ASRS and the Conventional Warehouse |
· Assemble Pallet as specified by SOP for customer’s orders · Assemble Order as specified by SOP · Understand the principles of internal and external customers · Adhere to and support PPE requirements · Ability to generate a check slip · Ability to physically check a pallet for a customer · Ability to physically check an entire customer order Aurobindo/ASRS · Ability to physically check and entire customer order Auromedic/Aurohealth Conventional Warehouse · Process UPS Shipments (Optional) · CS processing both Cage/Vault and Picking and Checking · INYXA Application User · Order Fulfillment process, end to end understanding · Processing RMA(s) · Troubleshooting errors during order fulfillment process · Support and participate in company initiatives related to safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement · Review training requirements and understand that training performance has shared accountability between management and warehouse operations. · Perform other duties as directed by Management when required. · Troubleshoot Inventory Discrepancies that delay customer orders · High productivity with regards to manual practices within the warehouse, picking AM/AH, Oak Drug (Partials), Cross Dock · Train the trainer certification for MHE · Team lead experience · Systemic expertise · Systemic integration with floor operations · Point person on projects for our internal customers, AB, AM, and AH |
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain Lift Truck Driver’s License (optional)
- Ability to operate an RF device
- Ability to work in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately
- Ability to train and work closely with others to accomplish the common objectives
- Pass DEA clearance
- Trainable on Computer Systems/Terminals/Printers
- Intermediate User on ERP(s) and WMS(s)
- Ability to utilize calculator
- Ability to follow procedures as outlined
- Ability to understand and speak English words and sentences in a clear fashion
- Ability to write English words or sentences clearly so others will understand
- Excellence with MHE
- Excellence with systemic understanding
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong team building and problem-solving skills,with an ability to work effectively cross-functionally
