What you’ll do:
The Warehouse Associate will be a professional and integral part of the TEAL fabrication department that stores and processes orders and product for the TEAL system fabrication process. They will oversee receiving and processing of incoming material for the warehouse and skid systems in a timely manner. The goal of the position is to increase the efficiency and profitability of the fabrication facility and company.

What you’ll do:
The Warehouse Associate will be a professional and integral part of the TEAL fabrication department that stores and processes orders and product for the TEAL system fabrication process. They will oversee receiving and processing of incoming material for the warehouse and skid systems in a timely manner. The goal of the position is to increase the efficiency and profitability of the fabrication facility and company.
- Record all material movement via computer program/handheld device.
- Locate requested items from storage/bin areas for conformity to order type.
- Utilize UPS or freight services when required.
- Unpack, verify, and inspect inventory for damage and discrepancies upon receipt and communicate discrepancies to the inventory manager.
- Sort received products by individual job codes to be moved into the inventory or production area.
- Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools to accomplish task including but not limited to cart, hand dolly, or forklift.
- Conduct cycle counts of physical inventory.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Forklift Certification and Lean Manufacturing training preferred
- Three or more years of warehouse experience required
- Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods and proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems required
- Must be computer competent and able to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday
- Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and manage multiple functions at one time
