We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and detail-oriented Permanent Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, cycle counts, and shipments. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products and orders for shipment.
2. Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and implementing inventory control measures to reduce discrepancies.
3. Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
5. Assisting in the development of warehouse procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
6. Collaborating with other team members to meet and exceed company objectives and customer expectations.
7. Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of five years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with inbound and outbound logistics, cycle counts, and shipments.
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
6. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
7. Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or a related field will be a plus.
