The Role
Seeking a contractor to join our Warehouse operations team, you"ll play a vital role in supporting our shipping, inventory, and hardware provisioning operations. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate order processing, keeping inventory records organized, and assisting with the setup and provisioning of hardware as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assemble NVR's, installing hard drives and Rams into various NVR models according to specifications.
- Run provisioning tests in Hubspot to verify functionality and ensure all configurations pass inspection.
- Accurately prepare and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Coordinate with carriers and generate shipping labels.
- Maintain and optimize packaging materials for safe product transit.
- Record and Process returned equipment (RMA) and perform quality checks to meet customer standards.
Inventory Management:
- Track and manage inventory levels of cameras and mounts.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize the warehouse for optimal space and efficiency.
Record Keeping:
- Update inventory databases with accurate and timely information.
- Keep thorough records of products, materials, and shipments according to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or inventory management is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping processes, packaging standards, and inventory systems.
- Basic knowledge of provisioning hardware (NVR system experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible work hours, including weekends.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems (e.g., shipping software, inventory tracking, excel spreadsheet).
The position requires on-site work at our Sunnyvale HQ at least twice a week, with flexible work hours to suit your schedule.
