Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Associate at Nibav Lifts Inc., you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive, organize, and stock materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Shipping & Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, inspecting goods for quality and accuracy.
• Workplace Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized to optimize productivity.
• Equipment Operation: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse tools (training provided if needed).
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required—training provided.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in order picking and inventory tasks.
• Team-Oriented: Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with inventory software or willingness to learn.
