Role
As a Warehouse Associate (also known as Warehouse Operator, Inventory Associate), you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of materials in a busy production environment. You'll be responsible for delivering materials to and from production areas, ensuring customer orders are met, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you'll assist with loading and unloading trucks, prepping orders for shipment, putting away used materials, and general warehouse maintenance.

- 1-2 years of accident-free sit-down forklift operation experience.
- Experience with inventory counts, RF scanners, and shipping and receiving tasks.
- Ability to lift 35 to 60 pounds from floor to shoulder and 10 to 35 pounds from shoulder to overhead. Push from 200-400 pounds with cart, hand truck or pallet jack.
- Good basic math skills and ability to measure and interpret measurements up to a 1/16th of an inch using rulers.
- Basic keyboarding and data entry skills, and proficiency in English.
- Additional skills such as experience with automatic shrink wrapper, balers, FedEx, UPS, and World Ship are a plus.
