Job Title: Cargo Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Process all inbound/outbound cargo and trucks daily.
• Verify and compare information from pre-alerts for accuracy.
• Update warehouse board to manage dock doors and availability.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse office and Customer Service department.
• Provide timely updates through emails and other communication channels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
