First Call Direct Hire is seeking a proactive and hands-on Assistant Manager Operations to lead warehouse operations in Greenwood, IN. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a commitment to safety standards, and a focus on efficiency, team engagement, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring seamless workflows and high operational efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Maintain product availability, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping with attention to detail.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and uphold safety standards to create a secure and compliant work environment.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
