**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents, and documenting discrepancies.
- Coordinate and monitor order fulfillment, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate processing.
- Maintain organized records of inventory levels, stock movements, receipts, and shipments.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and analyze reports related to warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or inventory discrepancies.
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with training new warehouse staff on administrative procedures and inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with various departments (such as sales and customer service) regarding order status and inventory needs.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a team-oriented attitude.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse setting.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods as required in a warehouse environment.
